Rare Baur Targa style cabriolet. One of 4500 made over 5 years and one of a very few in the US .
These pix are of our fairly primitive beginnings, when we first started doing body work. Things are a lot more modern nowadays. Still worthy to see what can be involved to restore one of these early cabriolet ‘rust bombs’. This shell is still available.
These are pix before resto began. Car had substantial but not terminal rust, and the body resto can be seen at this same site under ‘Restoration’. Car is presently in primer and awaiting inspiration to finish. Can be built to suit.
