George Carlin ’72 CS

Beginning to remove the color coat and get down to the prime.

5/’09 now SOLD and beginning the custom tailored restoration to customer specs. 7/’08 Detailing the beginning of the restoration just starting on George Carlin’s former ’72 3.0CSA. For now am analyzing the body’s needs and beginning to repair the rusty floors and seal them.

Removing the red paint to the primer level and assessing the exterior. Interior in black leather and though patinated is still very decent, and the wood was redone by me years ago and is holding up well. Nice dash and glass, most trim and very nice bumpers. With a fresh Verona Red paint job, a 5 speed and a header with the Webers and a new exhaust this should be a pretty little car. Good value.
