We see a fair number of these. A project starts with high expectations and great expense, and somewhere in the middle, things stall. A mechanic gets sick, the owner has financial reversals, The paint shop goes BK with the car inside, etc. The chief assemblyman/mechanic died while the car was off getting the upholstery work done with this car. In the expected shuffle, the car was parked outside until the owner could track it down. Our mission is to make it run and put it all right.
